Island Spas

The best service and spa company in Northern Nevada! Everyone from the showroom, service and delivery team were great! If you want the best product and to work with the best team, this is the place.

Had some warranty work done on my hot tub by Bash. He was on time polite and very professional. He was very detail oriented and did a great job. I have never had anything but quality work from this company. I would buy from them again if I ever need to.

Recently purchased a spa from Creative Hot Tub designs. These guys (and gals) are amazing! From helping me choose a hot tub (thanks Steve), to delivery, to the free orientation (thanks Sebastian), everything was great. I cannot recommend Creative Hot Tub Designs enough. They are everything a spa store should be and more.

Sebastian and Ian did great work on our hot tub repair. They were very fast and helpful with adjusting the straps we use to keep the lid on with high winds. Excellent service!

What a great process and we love our swim spa! From Steve in sales, to Natasha in service, and Andy the owner, everyone goes above and beyond to ensure you are completely satisfied.

American made hot tubs at reasonable prices and good customer service. Can’t ask for much more. Steve at the Sparks location was great to work with. The process was efficient and honorable. Steve delivered everything he promised. Top notch hot tub retailer.

Creative Hot Tubs took care of everything. They are organized and communicated every step of the process. We just set up our swim spa today and feel confident we made the right decision and will enjoy our new pool for many years to come.

I’d like to commend Brian Brown, Sebastian, and Ian for providing excellent sales service, a smooth setup, and timely delivery. These folks truly understand what great customer service is all about. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience outstanding. Thank you!
