Had some warranty work done on my hot tub by Bash. He was on time polite and very professional. He was very detail oriented and did a great job. I have never had anything but quality work from this company. I would buy from them again if I ever need to.

Recently purchased a spa from Creative Hot Tub designs. These guys (and gals) are amazing! From helping me choose a hot tub (thanks Steve), to delivery, to the free orientation (thanks Sebastian), everything was great. I cannot recommend Creative Hot Tub Designs enough. They are everything a spa store should be and more.

Sebastian and Ian did great work on our hot tub repair. They were very fast and helpful with adjusting the straps we use to keep the lid on with high winds. Excellent service!
