Meet the Owners: Christina & Andy Parmele

Founded by Christina and Andy Parmele, our family-owned business is deeply rooted in the hot tub industry. Christina, originally from Las Vegas, has been enjoying the Reno/Sparks area since 2013. Andy, hailing from Northern California, moved to Nevada in 2009. Together, they bring a passion for quality, community, and exceptional customer service to every aspect of their business.

The hot tub industry runs deep in their family. Christina’s grandfather, Jim Shue, is a pioneer in the industry and operates his flagship store in Las Vegas. Inspired by his strong work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction, Christina and Andy aim to bring the same level of excellence to Northern Nevada.
