"We recently purchased a swim spa from creative hot tubs. We could not be more please with the entire process from start to finish. From the sales repto the project manager, the customer support team all provided excellent customer service and they were all very professional, efficient, timely and accommodating. The swim spa is amazing and fits all our needs and we have had no operating issues. Our family and most importantly grandson have all enjoyed the spa tremendously. We are more then satisfied and highly recommend creative hot tubs. They even have several maintenance programs to take advantage of and are very assessable after the project is done if needed.
