Who We Are
Our names are Christina and Andy Parmele and we are the proud owners of Creative Hot Tub Designs. Our top priority is offering the best customer service possible to you and your family. We don’t just offer hot tubs, we offer a customer experience centered on you. We will go far out of our way to prove this is how we do business. Christina was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and has been enjoying the Sparks/Reno area since 2013. Andy grew up in Northern California before moving to Nevada in 2009. We absolutely love this area for raising our family, our friendly neighborhood and the quality of life that Northern Nevada offers.
The hot tub industry has deep roots within our family. My Grandfather, Jim Shue, is one of the pioneers of the hot tub industry and still runs his flagship store down in Las Vegas called Creative Spa Designs. Our goal is to bring Jim’s strong work ethic, innovative designs and dedication excellent customer service to the Reno/Sparks area. Just like my grandfather, I love sharing stories and talking with friendly people every chance I get.
